Here they are again, this time in pictures taken mid/late September.
So, you tell me if they look alike or not. I did notice in looking back at pictures that Eli's eyes are much more blue than Nicholas' were. So, Ben may get a blue eyed boy after all!

Hmmmm.... The eyes are definitly different and either Nicholas had more hair at that point or it was darker than Eli's. The shape of their faces and build is very similar though.
Out of curiosity. Who was bigger at 3M?
Nicholas' hair was much darker. Eli's is very blonde...sometimes with a red tint to it. He has a pretty good amount of it...just hard to see in pictures.
At 2 months Nicholas was 13 lbs 1 oz. Eli was 14 lbs 7 oz. However, I have written down that Nicholas was 16 even at 3 months and I think Eli is not much over 16 pounds right now. So, maybe Eli is finally slowing down a bit??? We'll see what happens at Eli's 4 month appt. in October!
I don't think, age by age, they look that much alike. However, in a picture you posted the other day, with them both laying under the hanging cow/barn/sheep play gym, I thought they looked a little more similar than at first.
I do think Eli will be fairer. Will have to watch for sunburn more with him, I am thinking.
Time will tell who they look like, but right now they don't look a lot like each other. The expression is sort of cute, and we have one of Ruston with the same blank stare, LOL. They'll all be good lookin' that's for sure.
They may not look exactly alike, but you can definitely tell they are related Kelli! :)
Hi Kel and family - I thought of you today, and realized I haven't seen your blog in a while. It is so good to see family photos - I hope I am as good as you are when John and I have kids. Eli has grown so much! I think you can tell they are related, but Eli has a different look, and I'm sure he has his own little personality too. Take care and much love - Morgen
