The Zoo

On Sunday we attended church, had lunch and then packed everyone up for a trip to the zoo. Here is Nicholas looking at the Tiger...can you spot him?

Nicholas really enjoyed the elephants and liked it when the one on the right came all the way over by us. I think he now has an understanding of how big they are!

On our way out we stopped to see the flamingos. Nicholas was looking at them and announced, "I love flamingos!"

Nicholas had a good time seeing some other animals also and despite a bit of a drizzle we had a fun couple of hours at the zoo!

Afterwards we all went to Dairy Queen for Ice Cream Cones/ Blizzards which completed the day. The kids were pretty tired after that (not to mention me!).
