Kaufman Christmas

Yes, this is my 3rd post today...probably a new record. I finally found a few minutes to catch up!

Christmas afternoon we bundled up all of the kids and went outside to play for a while. The kids had fun climbing around in the deep snow. Kayla's boot even got stuck way down in the snow and Karissa had to use a shovel to get it out.

For some reason, I don't have any pictures of opening presents at my parent's house. I think it is because it was a whirlwind of excitement and Nicholas still wasn't interested in opening the presents. He seems to love his new Cabela's sippy cup, his busy ball popper and his CAT loader.
Since I don't have any pictures of opening presents, here are some pictures of the kids and I making a popcorn candy mix. Tristan was given the important job of watching the popcorn popper.
As you can see from the following picture, the other three kids took over the important job of quality control. That is...taste testing and making sure everything is good!
This is Nicholas' Busy Ball Popper. Uncle Brent and Aunt Jen gave it to him. It seems to be one of his favorite toys he got for Christmas. He has figured out how to push the red lever down and start the balls a movin'!

Thanks to everyone for all of the great Christmas gifts. Our living room is officially full, making us even more anxious to get the new house built!
